A shooting at 104th and Columbus Avenue at 1:12 a.m Sunday morning is still under investigation.
According to a representative from the New York Police Department, the victim was shot once in the torso and has been removed to St. Luke's Hospital.
No arrests have been made so far, according the the NYPD spokesperson.
Mark Levine, a city council member for West Harlem and Washington Heights, tweeted about the event at 11 a.m. Sunday morning, reporting that multiple arrests had been made.
