This morning, Barnard students opened their emails to a Public Safety Security Alert. Last night at 10:55 pm, a female Columbia student was a victim of an alleged robbery and attempted sexual assault on 120th Street between Riverside and Claremont Avenues.

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly attacked and sexually assaulted on Manhattan Avenue, near Barnard residence hall Cathedral Gardens, early on Saturday morning.

Public Safety released an alert stating that at around 11:30 p.m. on Friday there was an attempted robbery at Morningside Park. The victim reported that he was approached by two male suspects between the ages of 18 and 25. The suspects were seen heading north into the park.

An unidentified male was recorded on CCTV yesterday at 3:49 p.m. stealing property from the Sigma Delta Tau house on 540 West 114th Street.

According to a security alert from Public Safety sent on Tuesday, a Columbia University student was allegedly assaulted early Sunday morning in her residence hall on West 114th Street.

The Columbia University Department of Public Safety sent out an alert about an armed robbery at around 12:10 a.m on September 22. The victim's phone was stolen at gunpoint, and there are two suspects. The alert asks anyone with more information about the crime to call the 24 Pct.
