Dye Stealer Pregnancy Test
A dye stealer pregnancy test indicates a rapid progression of hcg levels. My lines were progressing on the cheapies but not as much as i would have liked to see. If you see a dye stealer on your test, it suggests that your hcg levels are high and rising quickly.

Getting a dye stealer pregnancy test result means that your hcg levels are very high. If your control line disappears completely, you should retake your test using a different test strip. This is often after a missed period and well into the first trimester.

Your result at 18 dpo was a stunning dye stealer!
I had a dye stealer at 14dpo on first response. I still don't have a dye stealer on easy@home at 20 dpo. Don't get me wrong, they're dark and blazing positive but both lines exist pretty equally. My hcg at 15dpo was 601 so statistically it should be plenty higher now.

With my second pregnancy, i was less paranoid and tested only for a few days and then on a whim i tested again on 20dpo hoping to see that dye stealer and it wasn’t a dye stealer. To make a long story short, that was my first clue that that pregnancy wasn’t going to be viable. I ended up having a blighted ovum and miscarried several weeks So a dye stealer is when the hcg hormone from the baby is so high, the test line steals the dye from the control line;

With 2 of my early losses my tests stayed extremely faint. With the 3rd they got pretty dark but i only tested for a few days so didn’t track process for long. I was obsessed with line progression, even after my betas, and my re reminded me that these tests tell you if you are pregnant and nothing else. A chemical is technically a miscarriage before 5 weeks.
So miscarrying later than that is not a chemical pregnancy. I feel like it’s pretty unlikely just because you’re not likely to get a dye stealer much before then, so there’d be a very short window of time between a dye stealer and a miscarriage for it to be a chemical. Im trying so hard not to panic. Last night i had the ultimate dye stealer at 16 dpo, i know i should’ve just stopped testing then but tested again today and it was lighter.
My mind has been reeling all day thinking the worst considering our prior three pregnancies all ended in miscarriage/chemical.
Fwiw, the e@h are much slower to give you a dye stealer than the frer and other more sensitive tests. I didn't get a super dye stealer on e@h til i was 6 weeks, and now by 7+ weeks the hook effect I got a slight dye stealer with my easy at home tests today at 20dpo (5w+1d). I’m curious wat dpo you got your dye stealer with easy at home and how far along you were.thanks!
This time is the most anxious time in pregnancy. And completely normal for symptoms to come and go. I never got my dye stealer and decided to stop testing at around 6 weeks. I took one last clear blue digital and when it told me 6+ i decided that was enough for me.
If possible, can you book a private scan?
So i'm a poas addict and i've been testing my progression with easy@home and struggling to get a dye stealer im 6weeks today and still nothing. It only gets to be the same color as the control line.( i know that it doesn't really mean anything but itd still give me some Reassurance as i am on the My dye stealer pregnancy test picture:
These are after they’ve dried, the video is when they’re loading in real time (just sped up.) and here we are, a little less than a year later, with baby boy playing beside me as i write this! ️ while they don’t necessarily mean anything in terms of the health of your pregnancy, they’re still I had gone through 15 frers before getting a dye stealer and i couldn’t bring myself to buy anymore but i finally had a cheapie test line be slightly darker than the control line last weekend. That friday before my hcg was 313 and the following tuesday it was 1250 so my dye stealer hcg i think was probably around 600

It’s like the pregnancy test’s way of screaming, “girl, you’re definitely pregnant!” when the test line is darker than the control line, it’s called a dye stealer. I’m still waiting for my hcg results but i was freaking out that i was now getting dye stealers on my easy at home cheap test strips yet at 18/19 dpo.
