I called hotel and they said they don’t have any booking under my name but it can take a couple off days if it’s booked from third party. I spent hours trying to contact traveluro by phone, it just rang, no answer. Please avoid booking any trip with them, they are a scam and their customer service is terrible.

Got to the hotel 12/10/2021 to be advised my stay was cancelled that had been book early november. My brother and his family where staying there too.
