I booked a hotel in scottsdale with algotels. I was charged $360 for 2 nights. The hotel did not have the reservation but i was able to check in since they had room. They only charged me $314.00.
I tried contacting algotels immediately. Both charges posted to my statement. I have called algotels 11 times. Algotels stole $493 dollars from me for a chicago hotel booking in april 2024.
Because my friend had a family medical emergency, i cancelled the booking 2 days later directly through the hotel (the agreement stipulated a cancellation period ending three weeks later).
